Barista / Mixologist

Role Overview

Design and serve artisanal espresso drinks, high-end spirits, and local feni mocktails at our flagship beachfront lounge in Goa.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the beverage menu, introducing local seasonal mocktails and premium mocktail blends.
• Maintain premium service flow at the beachfront bar during high-volume event hours.
• Manage bar inventory counts, ordering supplies, and maintaining clean glass surfaces.
• Ensure standard recipe specifications are followed for consistency and taste.

Qualifications & Skills

• Specialized certification in Mixology or Professional Barista training.
• Creative beverage profiling with deep knowledge of wine lists and cocktail pairings.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for guest engagement and table-side storytelling.
• Knowledge of safety and health guidelines for handling beverage equipment.
