Role Overview

Serve as the ultimate guide and ambassador for guests visiting our regal Udaipur palace resort, curating itineraries and private boat tours.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests, handle private suite check-ins, and orchestrate traditional welcomes.
• Curate tailor-made itineraries, private historical tours, and lakeside dinners.
• Maintain continuous contact with guests during their stay to resolve any custom requests.
• Follow up on loyalty registrations, feedback surveys, and returning corporate profiles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or certificate in Tourism, Hospitality, or PR.
• Outgoing, warm, and highly professional demeanor with a strong customer service drive.
• In-depth knowledge of local Rajasthani culture, excursions, and historical sites.
• Stellar verbal expression and detail coordination capabilities.
