Role Overview

Lead suite sanitization audits, laundry management, and room setup schedules at our boutique mountain view suites in Kathmandu.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily room inspection checklists, ensuring suites meet gold-standard luxury standards.
• Manage linen inventory, in-house laundry deliveries, and cleaning chemicals usage safety.
• Co-coordinate with the Front Office Desk to sync guest arrivals with room preparations.
• Lead and mentor line cleaners and guest room service stewards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Operations.
• Proven experience supervising housekeeping departments in luxury hotels.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong quality control and sanitization standards.
• Excellent time management, room scheduling, and operational task delegation skills.
